Starting from Day 1 he worked hard on business analysis skills.
Mahammad had great customer experience from the previous call center job, he adapted quicly to his new Business Analyst position and mindset.
Problems
Mahammad had great skills about Excel and Power BI. He prepared many dashboards and he even trained many people for these tools. But business analysis, questioning skills and other skills were weak.
We focused on upskilling current skills and focusing on improving other skills.

After 20+ apply and several interviews he received Sales Analyst position in Azerbaijan.
