Throughout his career, he has worked with prominent organizations, including Gilan Holding, EU Neighbours East, FIL Agency, Aymar.co, Savadly, and State Street, specializing in business reporting, automation strategies, and analytics-led solutions. His experience spans a wide range of business analyst jobs, preparing him to tackle complex challenges across different industries.
Since 2021, he has served as Ambassador and Azerbaijan Community Lead for Notion, fostering knowledge sharing, community growth, and professional collaboration.
He also gained significant experience as a Market Data Analyst in Poland. Most recently, he worked at Amazon, contributing to process improvement and analytics-driven projects, further strengthening his profile as a certified business analysis professional (CBAP).
In 2024, Nijat co-founded Nexus Adv, an AI-focused training and consulting company, where he leads innovative bootcamps, including business analyst certification courses and business analyst training programs online. Alongside his professional work, he is pursuing a PhD in Digital Economy and Business at the Transport and Telecommunication Institute (TSI).
