We got job offer to our client this week and he will start very his job very soon.
Acceptance letter from Velux (Danish manufacturing company) for the Business Analyst position in. It looks just perfect with $4500 salary monthly + bonus + so many benefits.

When first client approached to us, we agreed on starting to apply constantly to the jobs.
Consistency is key and it is not that easy to maintain. You just do what you have to do, continuously. As you grow and search, new opportunities arise and you get bigger, higher at work. This is how we motivated our client.
Here is the quick note:
#1 Apply to jobs
There are many jobs out there for the position Business Analyst and people need to prepare good CV showing background and apply. Build portfolio, show them you know many things, build CV, LinkedIn and apply.
People can count on average 1 job offer out of 100 applies. If we apply 700, expect around 5-7 offers. Market is tough, but we need to be more serious about it.
But here is the tips, we applied to jobs that we think we are 70%+ match for your profile. If it will not be match, they will reject. But mostly it is good to apply, because otherwise we will not grow. There should be gap about what we know and what we will do at work, so that you can learn something new.
#2 First Interview
It was the hard part to consultant to prepare for the interview. We opened position text and carefully analyzed what they want versus client’s CV. Tried to understand in which parts they match and what is missing. Because when you find it you can expect questions and be prepared. The main trick is if we know from which aspects we should approach, the rest is easy.
Let’s say if they want us to have more technical skills, we will talk more in that direction. If they want stakeholder and communication skills, then same.
Then we started to write ready cases for possible question we may get. Then practiced all these cases and client was ready for the first interview. This was online and back in February.
In the next stage client had to pass online test.
#3 Test
They sent logic test and client passed. In this stage he was alone and even time was not enough. Test was the SHL online test (cognitive and behavioral test). There is not correct answer. They just want to know you.
After 2-3 days client received email about the next stage. This was final and the most important, because client will be interviewed by the director.
#4 Final Interview
Because this job was in Denmark company, interview was with their Director who came from Denmark to Warsaw office and interview was in office.
One day before interview we met with client to talk again about cases, background and possible question to be asked in the interview. Client had strong domain background/knowledge and was ready to start immediately. Client could show these skills to them and received offer after 1 week.
